I should be job hunting... and editing essays for a friend of mine. But what am I doing instead? Looking for reference photos. I have such an itch to draw! I know exactly what I -want- to draw but I need a reference to help me along and keep it from looking like poo. The problem? PENIS

Yes, you heard me penis. Why is it that when I search for male nudes I get that? Seriously, no full body reclining as I'd hope... just overly posy shots (think the thinker) and penis. Close up, hitting the lense on the shaft penis pictures. Come on people, is that really necessary? I can understand a few, but I found a LOT of them. Really, who in their right mind needs close up penis pictures for reference? It is probably the easiest part of the male anatomy ( which I find hysterical by the way).

Now, don't get me wrong, I am not expecting to find the exact pose in my mind. But I thought I'd at least be able to find something close. Laying down, torso twist with the lower arm extended and the upper one over the chest (hugging a pillow is what is in my head), and the lower leg bent? Tall order? I suppose so. I don't need it to be that exact even, but I would like a shot of the twist with the arm over the front because I want to see how it works out with the torso muscles and the pelvis. I can almost garantee that you would be able to find this with female nudes. No wonder I like drawing women better, there is more reference material available (so much so that I need fewer references for women because I draw them all the damn time).

Ah well... I'll sort it later. Now that I'm penised out I think I'll do those essays real quick if can.

And yes, my whole day will be stalled and my thought processes unbuding until I get this thing on paper. Damn you brain!
